Sridevi becomes Asin’s beautiful ‘home-away-from-home’

Asin Thottumkal shot to fame with bumper-hit ‘Ghajini’. Before that she had been ruling the Tamil film industry. After her initiation in Bollywood, Asin has shifted base to Mumbai, and guess who is her mentor here? Sridevi and her two little babies have become Asin’s home away from home. The star likes to spend her time with the Sridevi family whenever she finds time.

A source revealed to a news daily, “Asin and Sridevi stay in the same colony. Thus whenever Asin has time she drops in Sri’s house to play with her daughters.”

The source added, “She doesn’t know many people, as she is very new to Mumbai. Sridevi has also helped her in her initial days over here, and this is how they all have become good friends. In other words, we can say that they are one big happy family. Asin, too, loves to spend time with the two daughter of Sri and they gel well with each other. Asin becomes a kid when she is with them and it’s like a stress releaser for her,”

Asin’s single status might change any day. She is receiving proposals, and who knows which one would win over the talented beauty! In an extraordinary incident, recently the ‘Ghajini’ star received a massive rock, along with the proposal, of course! The one wooing her is a secret fan that has made Asin both flattered and embarrassed. She confessed, “It’s an extremely personal issue involving a fan and I would’t really like to comment on it.”

One of Asin’s close friends said, “ It’s extremely flaterring to get such attention and Asin is overwhelmed and at the same time embarrassed by it all.”

Recently, she was stalked in Singapore, which unsettled her considerably.

With her popularity and fan base going stronger in strength, she might need a hunk by her side soon to guard her and keep those wild fans at bay. Who knows it would be the one with this very rock!
