Rihanna, Brown plan romantic getaway

After reports suggesting that R&B superstars, Rihanna and Chris Brown have rekindled their romance, the grapevine now suggests that the pair are planning
a romantic holiday together.

Brown is currently banned from seeing Rihanna for five years by a court order after he was found guilty of assaulting the `Umbrella hitmaker`, so they have decided to jet off to
Acapulco, Mexico, as the ruling cannot be enforced outside US, Star magazine reported.

"They spoke to their lawyers to see what was allowed, and are now planning two weeks in Mexico. They want to spend some quality time together and know they have a lot to
reconcile before they can make their relationship public again," a source told the magazine.

Brown, who had already apologised for the incident through a video posted on YouTube, views this getaway as a second chance and he`s determined to make up for it, friends
revealed.

"What happened was a shock to both of them and completely out of character for Chris. There was nothing they could do but split up. But they`ve kept in touch and met up in
secret as they missed each other. They`ve never, ever stopped loving each other," a source close to the couple said.

Ashamed Brown clearly remembers the night he assaulted Rihanna

Singer Chris Brown has said that reports on the net claiming he has forgotten what happened the night he assaulted his ex-girlfriend/singer Rihanna are false. The Kiss Kiss hitmaker has called reports based on a clip of an interview with Larry King misleading.

"There have been reports on the Internet that I didn`t remember what happened that night with Rihanna. I want to try and set things straight,” People magazine quoted him as saying.

He said: "That 30 seconds of the interview they used of me was taken from a one hour interview during which that same question was asked something like four or five times – and when you look at the entire interview you will see it is not representative of what I said.

"The first four times – or however many times it was – I gave the same answer – which was that I didn`t think it was appropriate for me to talk about what happened that night. I said it was not right for me and it really wasn`t fair to Rihanna. The fifth time – or whatever it was – I just misspoke. I was asked, `Do you remember doing it?` and I said, `No.`

"Of course I remember what happened. Several times during the interview, my mother said that I came to her right afterwards and told her everything. But it was and still is a blur.

“And yes, I still can`t believe it happened because it is not me or who I am, nor is what happened like anything I have ever done before.

"As I have said several times previously, I am ashamed of and sorry for what happened that night and I wish I could relive that moment and change things, but I can`t. I take full responsibility for my actions.

“What I have to do now is to prove to the world that this was an isolated incident and that is not who I am, and I intend to do so by my behavior now and in the future."

Brown has been ordered 180 days community labour and five years probation for assaulting Rihanna.

Brown involved in two `domestic violence` incidents before Rihanna assault

Chris Brown and Rihanna were involved in two different incidents of domestic violence apart from the one major Grammy night instance when the R&B singer assaulted her.

The court documents filed by a probation officer on the case against the ‘Kiss Kiss’ hitmaker mentions that the couple was involved in a furious argument just three weeks before the February incident.

It first took place at Rihanna’s homeland Barbados, while driving in a Range Rover.

"They had an argument inside the car. Brown exited and broke the front driver and passenger side windows of the car. No one was injured during the incident," Contactmusic quoted the statement as stating.

On another occasion, when in Europe the ``Umbrella`` singer slapped Brown and the paper states that he "responded by shoving her into a wall".

However, it was the incident that occurred shortly before the Grammy Awards in Brown`s rented Lamborghini, for which he has been sentenced to six months community labour and five years probation.

Brown pleaded guilty for punching, biting and choking Rihanna.
