Britney Spears was said to have given in to her nicotine cravings, for the singer was spotted smoking in Miami.The pop princess was seen puffing on her hotel balcony during a break from her ‘Circus’ tour.

Britney has been showing off her toned body, thanks to her abstinence from ‘greasy takeaway food and fatty Starbucks’, reports the Sun.

The mum-of-two, who previously suffered a series of emotional meltdowns, has also resorted to an improved diet and frequent workouts.

Britney warns fans about fake online dates with her

Pop star Britney Spears has posted a warning on her official website urging fans not to fall for fake `meet and greets` promised by online auctions.

The `Toxic` singer and her management have voiced concerns that fans could be scammed out of their money by online fraudsters offering them the chance to meet Spears, reported Contactmusic.

The 27-year-old star said that her admirers should only enter legitimate competitions which have been set up in conjunction with Spears` ongoing Circus world tour.

"There have been recent sightings of Internet auctions for fans to bid for a chance meet Britney. BritneySpears.com wants to warn fans about these fraudulent opportunities. These postings are fake," reads a post on Spears` official website.

"Fans would never be charged to meet Britney. The only meet and greets available for the Circus tour are through radio contests in select cities. Please be sure to listen to your local radio station to see if your city is eligible for a meet and greet. Do not bid for one online," reads the post.

Britney and Jamie Lynn Spears show off hot bods on Miami holiday

Britney and her sister Jamie Lynn Spears showed off their hot bikini bodies on Monday, while on Holiday in Miami.

The siblings, along with their kids and parents, had spent about an hour at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel pool Monday afternoon.

"They both looked to be in pretty good shape," Us magazine quoted a witness as saying.

This is the first time that 18-year-old Jamie Lynn, who welcomed daughter Maddie in June 2008, has shown off her post-baby body.

"She had on a white, spangly top. A very little bikini!" said the witness.

The family, including Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, "sat around the pool for about 20 minutes. Then Britney worked on her tan while Jamie Lynn took her daughter and her mom to a cabana on the beach.”

"They seemed pretty relaxed. Everyone was smiling," said the witness.

Britney takes kids to watch Shrek!

Britney Spears recently took her kids to watch Shrek: The Musical in New York.

The ‘Womanizer’ hitmaker was snapped holding son Jayden Jameson on her way to the theatre.

It was the second trip of Jayden and his brother Sean Preston`s to Broadway in the recent past.

They had earlier gone to watch The Little Mermaid, reports The Sun.

However, the latest trip marks the end of three dates of their singer mom in the city as part of her Circus tour.

Britney ‘takes break from Jason Trawick’

Britney Spears has reportedly decided to take a little time off from her alleged relationship with Jason Trawick.

According to sources, the singer, who is currently on her Circus world tour, has told her current flame and longtime agent she wants to spend some time with herself.

“They are taking some time apart,” Contactmusic quoted a source as telling a magazine.

Another insider added, “She told him she needed to get back on her own two feet before moving forward. Jason was disappointed, but he understood."

However, it may not necessarily mean that the relationship is over.

The insider added, "Jason`s always loved her, (even) since the Justin Timberlake days, so he won`t let her go easily. He`s giving her space - that`s what she`s asked for."

Russell Brand ‘wants to seduce’ Britney – via telepathy!

A new promo for the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) features Russell Brand attempting to have sex with Britney Spears.

The video shows the British comic star attempting to bed Britney via telepathy.

Contactmusic quoted Brand as saying in the video: "Britney, this is the voice of your mind... go to Russell`s hotel room and abandon yourself. Give yourself to him, Britney. Sleep with Russell!"

The promo starts with the ‘Womanizer’ singer standing by a swimming pool in a skimpy white bikini and black hat.

Thoughts are rushing through the pop star’s mind and viewers can hear what she’s thinking.

She says, "I wonder if he``ll invite me. I mean, I can obviously get an invite, but it would be nice for Russell to invite me personally now that we``re friends and all."

Meanwhile Brand is all nervous about the upcoming show with Britney.

Brand says, "I hope I didn`t balls it up with her last time. Some of those things I said could have been construed as offensive. I hope she don`t think ill of me."

The promo links up to Britney again, who is chewing on her nail and thinking, "Should I have played it up more when he was flirting with me last year? I have to admit there is something sexy about his dangerous ways."

All of a sudden Brand realises he can hear Britney and now he wonders if she was also listening to his thoughts.

He finally decides to give it a try and calls Britney to her room.

This is not the first time the pair has teamed up for a promo for the music awards’ presentation.

The duo had also appeared in a short clip for last year’s presentation, which had been hosted by Brand.

The VMAs are scheduled for September 13 in New York.

Britney ‘still in love with paparazzo ex’

Britney Spears is still in love with her ex-boyfriend and paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, sources say.

However, seemingly, the pop star’s father Jamie, who has been in charge of her affairs since last year, has put obstacles on her way to reunite with him.

The singer’s former flame was charged with assault, hit-and-run and battery for an incident in which he allegedly attempted to run over a court official who was trying to serve a restraining order on him.

Following which Britney`s dad requested the court to have a restraining order against Ghalib, which was granted by the court in July this year.

Peeping into Britney Spears` home in California has landed a woman three years’ probation, and a court order do 240 hours of community service.Miranda Tozier-Robbins, 26, was arrested in April after being spotted by Britney’s security guards in the grounds of the singer’s Calabasas property.

Britney was out of the town on her ‘Circus’ world tour at the time.

Miranda, who claimed that she was filming a documentary, was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct on August 20.

Patricia Kelly, a spokeswoman for Los Angeles Superior Court, revealed that a judge in Malibu found her guilty of snooping on Spears` property, reports Contactmusic.

Tozier-Robbins was also ordered to keep away from the singer and her house.

Fans of pop star Britney Spears are worried about her health again after she collapsed during a recent rehearsal on the European leg of her Circus world tour.

The Toxic hitmaker was practising a dance routine for a new song when she keeled over, suffering a bruise to her chest, reported IANS-WENN

"She collapsed when the dancers went to put her back on her feet. She fell to the floor and landed on one of the dancers' legs," said a source.

"The dancer's tennis shoe smacked Britney in the chest and on the face. It hit her chest with such a force that it caused a four-inch bruise," added the source.

It was reported that Britney's hectic tour schedule and a low blood-sugar level were responsible for the incident.
