Demi Moore praised by daughter for career sacrifice

Demi Moore and ex-hubby Bruce Willis’ daughter Rumer has credited her star mom for making a huge sacrifice by abandoning her movie career to care for her children.

Moore, 46, chucked Hollywood career in the late 1990s to look after her three daughters, and became a full-time single mother after she split with the ‘Armageddon’ star in 1998.

And now, her 21-year-old daughter Rumer, the eldest of Moore`s three children, has praised her mum for putting her kids before her career.

"I didn`t realise until I got older. She was at the peak of her career and she left to take care of us, and that`s the reason me and my sisters are as grounded as we are,” the Daily Express quoted her as having told Glamour magazine.

“It was an incredible decision that many other people would not have made. Otherwise we might have been a little bit crazier, so thanks, Mum!" added Rumer.

Demi Moore threatens to sue Perez Hilton over daughter’s pics

Hollywood actress Demi Moore has threatened to sue celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, after she spotted a link on the latter’s site directing viewers to a set of "inappropriate" pictures of her teen daughter Tallulah. The 15-year-old is the youngest of Demi’s three daughters with ex-husband Bruce Willis.

According to reports, the snaps Demi is angry at show the teen baring her chest in a revealing top, and wearing a tiny pair of shorts.

Moore has expressed her disgust about the pictures on her Twitter.com page, accusing the blogger of flouting child pornography laws.

"Expect another letter from my attorney, kitten," Contactmusic quoted her as having written.

Moore goes on to rage about Hilton`s "exploitation" of teens in a series of furious posts.

She wrote: "Clearly Perez Hilton isn`t taking violating child pornography laws very seriously. He might not but there are a lot of people who do! Anyone who advertises follows or supports Perez supports violating child pornography laws!”

She further wrote: "Let me ask all of you, what is it called when someone is telling people to look and focus on a child`s ``boobs & ass`` while providing photos? (It``s) child pornography! Or just being a general pervert/creep. Disgusting! This is not a game. Children should not be exploited. They must be protected."

Hitting back at Morre, Hilton called her comments "libellous, defamatory, inaccurate and stupid."

In a post on his own Twitter.com page, he writes: "Thanks for drawing MORE attention to your daughter`s behaviour and your parenting skills (or lack thereof). U r (sic) real smart! That is CLEARLY not child porn. And I didn`t even post those on my site! I would not let my 15 year old daughter dress like that under ANY context. You are delusional and slightly senile!"

Moore not appearing in Kutcher`s TV show

Demi Moore has rubbished rumours that she is about to appear in her husband Ashton Kutcher`s new TV show.

The `Ghost` star was rumoured to play the role of a former model obsessed with plastic surgery in `The Beautiful Life`, which is being produced by Kutcher, Gossip.com reported.

The 46-year-old actress has been helping Kutcher behind the scenes on the New York City set and a UK tabloid subsequently reported that she had agreed to join the cast.

But Moore`s representatives have denied she is to take on a role in the project, telling the website that the star will not be stepping out in front of the camera.

"(The rumours are) completely false. There are no plans for Demi to make an appearance on The Beautiful Life," the representative said.

Demi Moore is desperate for a baby with Kutcher

Hollywood actress Demi Moore, 46, has expressed a desire to have a baby with her 31-year-old husband Ashton Kutcher.

The actress who has three daughters with ex-husband Bruce Willis insists she is not too old to raise another child and admits it is something she has discussed with Kutcher, reports thetimes.co.za.

Asked about expanding her family, Moore said: "Why not? Everything is possible! We have so much to live for, and obviously one of them is to have a child. I`m very enthusiastic about all the possibilities that living together gives us.

"I`m an incurable optimist and a go-getter - it`s in my nature to focus much more on what makes me happy than what makes me nervous," she added.

Moore who has been married to Kutcher for four years insists the age gap between the two of them has never been a problem as they are able to embrace their different outlooks on life while still finding a common ground.

"What matters most for me is to have found someone for whom the age gap doesn`t mean anything and most of all with whom I have an incredibly deep relationship... We`re at different stages in our personal lives and in our careers. But we look at that as a positive thing because we are massively enriched by having different things to deal with and to share," she said.

"And also I won`t pretend that I`m not hugely happy to live with such a handsome man! I`ve met a lot of 40 and 50 year olds who were a lot more immature than him. Ashton is very responsible, and he was comfortable from the very beginning with the family responsibilities he had to take on. Most men aged 25 would not have been able to deal with it. I don`t judge them, but I think Ashton is far more ahead of his time. We share everything. He`s also my best friend," she added.

Demi Moore denies having plastic surgery

Actress Demi Moore has angrily denied reports that she got surgery done on her face and says "the scalpel won`t make you happy".

According to a news website, the 47-year old actress allegedly spent more than $325,120 for work on her face and body.

"It`s completely false - I`ve never had it done. I would never judge those who have - if it`s the best thing for them then I don`t see a problem. But I don`t like the idea of having an operation to hold up the ageing process. It`s a way to combat your neurosis. The scalpel won`t make you happy," she said while speaking to a French magazine.

"For now, I prefer to be a beautiful woman of my age than try desperately to look 30."
