Sandra Bullock `jealous of hubby’s star power`

Actress Sandra Bullock is seemingly jealous of her husband/reality TV star Jesse James` increasing popularity.

‘The Net’ star, who is used to getting most of the male attention, is upset that men at her film sets are more keen on knowing about her hubby.

"I guess it`s called man crush or a dude crush... He does cool stuff. It`s awesome but it`s a little disheartening,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

She added, “I go to set and I want to be the big actress - I`m the lead one here. And everyone is like, ``Yeah, that`s cool, but where`s Jesse?``"

James has gained fame with daredevil show ‘Jesse James is a Dead Man’.

Sandra Bullock`s dating tips: Stalk a man

Hollywood star Sandra Bullock insists that the best way to get a date is to secretly stalk the man you like.

The 45-year-old actress, whose character Mary Horowitz pursues her crush in her new movie `All About Steve`, believes you need to secretly follow potential suitors to find out what they like, reported Femalefirst.

"How else do you get dates? I learned that you have to stalk and then make it look very innocent," she joked.

"Then once you get them you sort of shred receipts and you do things that sort of cover the paper trail of your stalking. I think it`s a necessary evil to sort of lure in your prey," she added.

In `All About Steve`, Mary becomes obsessed with a man, played by Bradley Cooper, after going out on a blind date with him.

Bullock also revealed she is terrible at crosswords, unlike her film character who constructs word games for a living, but loves seeing her name appear in puzzles.

"I can barely spell. I so admire people who just whiz through them. My name has been in several crosswords, so I guess that`s the only thing that really connects me. I always get the clue when I`m seven across or whatever. I get very excited, `I got that one. It`s me.`," Femalefirst quoted her telling Parade magazine.

Sandra Bullock loves letters over gifts

Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock doesn`t like expensive presents and would rather receive a handwritten note than an extravagant gift.
The `Proposal` star who is married to motorbike enthusiast Jesse James isn`t impressed by extravagant gifts and would rather receive something heartfelt like a handwritten letter, reports imdb.com.

"I am lucky in that I don`t expect much and I am always so pleased by just the smallest gesture. I am a notes and letters gal. I would much rather have someone write me something than buy something for me.

"I like the intentions rather than the gifts, so if someone writes me something or does something like that then I am very overwhelmed by that romance," she said.
